Commentary to Decree No. 113 of 4 March 2014
Additional measures to facilitate border crossing for
the guests of the IIHF World Championship have been taken in Belarus. Aleksandr Lukashenko signed corresponding decree No. 113 to introduce additions to Decree
No. 28 of 16 January 2012 “Concerning the 2014 IIHF World Championship in Minsk”
on 4 March.
The document aims to create
comfortable conditions for the guests and participants of the World Championship
who will cross the state border of the Republic of Belarus by means of prompt
resolution of all issues and conflicts which can arise due to the obligations of
the Belarusian side to organize visa-free entry for guests and participants of
the championship.
