Commentary to Decree No. 100 of 23 February 2012
On 23 February President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 100 "On Some Measures to Improve Registration and Reduce the Number of Vacant and Decrepit Houses in Rural Areas".
The document enters into force on 1 September 2012.
