Commentary to Decree “Concerning the restructuring of the state institution Nuclear Power Plant Construction Directorate”

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed the Decree “Concerning the restructuring of the state institution Nuclear Power Plant Construction Directorate”.

In line with the Decree, the Nuclear Power Plant Construction Directorate will be converted into the national unitary enterprise RUP Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant.

The document also envisages other measures to handle routine matters concerning the operation of the organization, which is the customer in the project to build the Belarusian nuclear power plant, and matters concerning the financing of the construction of the nuclear power plant and individual facilities of the power plant’s infrastructure.
