Belarusian women with many children honored with Order of Mother
For giving birth to and bringing up five
and more children 12 women from Gomel Oblast and Grodno Oblast were honored with
the Order of Mother. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a
corresponding Decree No. 428 on 24 November.
Among the awardees are worker of the Social Security Center in Novobelitsky District of Gomel Irina Melnikova, shop assistant of the Novogrudok department of the Grodno Oblast Union of Consumer Societies Alena Vorona, security guard of the Oktyabrsky District (Grodno) department of the Interior Ministry’s Security Department Tatyana Starovit.
