Belarus, Russia to sign agreement on cooperation in military postal and courier communications
On 24 April President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko approved a draft intergovernmental agreement with the Russian Federation on cooperation in the military postal and courier communications as a basis for further talks.
The Defense Ministry has been authorized to hold the negotiations and sign the agreement.
