Belarus President confers Order of Honor on Deputy Chairman of Russia’s Federation Council
The Belarusian Order of Honor has been awarded to Deputy
Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Yuri
Vorobyov. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a relevant decree on 25
August.
Yuri Vorobyov has been given the award in recognition of his significant personal contribution to the development of economic and humanitarian ties between Belarus and Russia, inter-parliamentary cooperation, promotion of friendly relations and the unity of the peoples of the two countries.
