Belarus President confers military and special ranks

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed a number of decrees on conferring military and special ranks.

Igor Matrashilo, Vladimir Moiseyenko, Andrei Nekrashevich, Alexander Volfovich have been promoted to the military rank of major-general.

Igor Shunevich has been promoted to the rank of major-general.

The special rank of the State Counsellor in Justice III Class has been conferred on Minsk Oblast Prosecutor Alexander Arkhipov.

The special rank of the State Counsellor in the Customs Service III Class has been conferred on Chairman of the State Customs Committee Yuri Brytkov.
