Belarus, Kuwait mark 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Emir Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait on the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

"I am confident that traditionally friendly relations between our states will continue developing in all avenues," the congratulatory message runs.
