Belarus, India mark 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations

On behalf of the Belarusian people and on his own behalf, President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated President of India Pratibha Patil and her people on the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Belarus and India.

Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that the countries have reached sincere understanding and trust, which are the foundation for long-term partnership.

"I am convinced that joint concerted efforts aimed at further development of fruitful Belarusian-Indian cooperation will help implement concrete projects in trade, investments, science, and culture," the Belarusian head of state stressed.
