President Aleksandr Lukashenko has
relieved Police Major-General Alexander Konovalov from his duties as Deputy
State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus.
Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Colonel Andrei Vtyurin Deputy State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus. Andrei Vtyurin was relieved of his duties as Head of the Security Service of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
The head of state signed the relevant decrees on 11 September.
