Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill on the enthronement anniversary.

"Your selfless work has become an example of constant spiritual development. You always treat Belarus with special attention and paternal care. We feel and appreciate your friendly support and ministerial love. I am convinced that your dedicated activity will further contribute to the prosperity of the Orthodox Church, the strengthening of unity between the fraternal nations," the message runs.
