Aleksandr Lukashenko sends greetings to participants of international Muslim conference
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to head of the Caucasus Muslims Office, chairman of the CIS Advisory Council of Muslims Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade on the opening of the international conference “CIS Muslims for peace and stable development”.
According to Aleksandr Lukashenko, the issues of strengthening traditional values, promotion of civil accord become more and more important. Constructive interconfessional dialogue enhances solidarity of the international community, unites countries and peoples on the principles peacefulness and good-neighborliness.
The President of Belarus expressed confidence that the conference will make a profound contribution to the enhancement of constructive cooperation between religious organizations of CIS countries, promotion of spiritual ties and mutual understanding between the representatives of various religious denominations in the CIS.
