Aleksandr Lukashenko sends greetings to participants of 7th meeting of Belarus, Russia twin towns

    Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to the participants of the 7th meeting of twin towns of Belarus and Russia.

    “Allied relations of the two countries have advanced into a brand-new level which opens up exciting prospects for all-round, mutually beneficial cooperation. People’s diplomacy, including regular meetings of representatives of twin towns, played a crucial role in bringing our positions closer and creating the atmosphere of trust to each other. Such forums help reveal the fraternity of the Belarusian and Russian peoples, their commitment to unity, and robust belief in good future, the message of greetings reads.

    Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that the forum will give another impetus to the development of business, cultural, friendly ties between regions, and will become a catalyst of further integration of the two states.
