Aleksandr Lukashenko sends greetings to new authorized representatives of Russia President

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to Sergei Melikov who was appointed Authorized Representative of the Russian President in the North Caucasus Federal District and Nikolai Rogozhkin who was appointed Authorized Representative of the Russian President in the Siberia Federal District.
