Aleksandr Lukashenko sends condolences to Russian President over Volgograd terrorist attack
Distinguished Mr Putin,
It is with great pain and sorrow that people in the Republic of Belarus have learned the news of the terrorist attack in Volgograd that has claimed so many lives.
Belarus strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms. There is no excuse for those, who committed these inhuman acts.
On behalf of the Belarusian people and on behalf of myself I express sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to all the injured.
