Aleksandr Lukashenko sends condolences to President of Venezuela Hugo Chávez
On behalf of the Belarusian people and on his own behalf, President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Hugo Chávez, relatives and friends of the victims of the explosion at the biggest oil refinery in Venezuela.
