Aleksandr Lukashenko sends birthday greetings to President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.

"I am confident that fraternal Belarus and Ukraine will preserve traditionally friendly character of bilateral cooperation developing it the atmosphere of mutual understanding and respect," the congratulatory message runs.
