President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to People’s Artist of the RSFSR Renat Ibragimov.

“Prodigious talent, strong individuality and professionalism helped you win recognition and fame. Your songs ravish listeners of various generations,” the felicitation message reads.

“People in Belarus appreciate your creative work. May it bring more joy to people, help promote Belarus-Russia cultural ties,” the head of state noted.
