Aleksandr Lukashenko sends birthday greetings to Nikita Mikhalkov
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko sent birthday greetings to Chairman of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation, People’s Artist of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic Nikita Mikhalkov celebrating his 70th birthday.
“You are well-known in our country and far beyond its borders as a wonderful actor and filmmaker. You have created a lot of works recognized as the world cinematography classics. Your every new film is always a long-expected and bright event for all cinema-goers,” the message of greetings says.
Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that the many-sided creative and public activity of Nikita Mikhalkov would continue strengthening cooperation between Belarus and Russia.
