Aleksandr Lukashenko sends anniversary greetings to Vladimir Putin

    President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of anniversary greetings to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

    “People in Belarus know and appreciate you as a committed advocate of fostering genuinely fraternal ties between the two states. To a large degree your input helped give a new lease of life to the Belarusian-Russian strategic partnership, step up joint efforts to develop the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space. Large-scale projects to promote integration between Belarus and Russia come into the spotlight,” the Belarusian head of state noted.

    “I am convinced that your rich experience, life wisdom, principle stand, and kind attitude to Belarus will help forge mutually beneficial cooperation between the two nations and strengthen friendship between Belarus and Russia,” the felicitation message reads.

    Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Vladimir Putin unflagging energy, strong health, and every success in his highly demanding and responsible work for the best interest of the Russian Federation.
