Aleksandr Lukashenko sends anniversary greetings to Viktor Proskurin

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of anniversary greetings to People's Artist of Russia Viktor Proskurin.

"People in Belarus appreciate you as one of the greatest masters of modern theater and cinema who art strengthens bridges of friendship and cooperation between our peoples," the head of state said.
