Aleksandr Lukashenko sends anniversary greetings to Valentin Chikin

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of anniversary greetings to the editor-in-chief of the Sovetskaya Rossiya newspaper, member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Valentin Chikin.
