Aleksandr Lukashenko sends anniversary greetings to Belarusian scientist Nikolai Borisevich

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of anniversary greetings to Hero of the Socialist Labor, Honored Scientist of the Republic of Belarus, member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Nikolai Borisevich.

“By your outstanding achievements you have made a big contribution to the development of Belarusian science, laid the foundation of a number of new streams in molecular spectroscopy and luminescence, laser physics and infrared technology,” the felicitation message reads.
