Aleksandr Lukashenko makes personnel decisions
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko made several personnel decisions on 20 May.
The President relieved Major-General Alexander Anisimov of the post of State Secretary, Aide to the Belarusian Defense Minister for Military Policy and left Alexander Anisimov at the disposal of the Defense Minister.
Colonel Oleg Voinov has been appointed State Secretary, Aide to the Belarusian Defense Minister for Military Policy.
Police Colonel Anatoly Kurilets has been relieved of the post of Deputy Interior Minister, Head of the Central Personnel Office (State Secretary).
The head of state also relieved Financial Police Colonel Grigory Veremko of the post of Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee, Director of the Financial Investigations Department. Grigory Veremko was dismissed upon reaching retirement age. He retains the right to wear the uniform and insignia.
Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Police Colonel Alexander Kobrusev Deputy Interior Minister of Belarus for Ideology and Personnel.
The head of state signed the relevant decrees on 20 May.
