Aleksandr Lukashenko makes new appointments
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Police Colonel Viktor
Dubovets Deputy Interior Minister, Head of the Department of Finance and
Logistics, Police Colonel Igor Marshalov Deputy Chairman of the State Control
Committee, Director of the Financial Investigations Department. The head of
state signed the relevant decrees on 9 August.
