Aleksandr Lukashenko lays wreath at Victory Monument in Minsk

On the eve of the Independence Day President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has laid a wreath at the Victory Monument in Minsk on 2 July.
Wreaths were also laid on behalf of government agencies, courts, the National Assembly, the Security Council, the Armed Forces, law enforcement agencies, the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee and the Minsk City Council, Eastern Orthodox Church and Catholic Church, NGOs, veterans, diplomatic missions and the CIS Executive Committee.
