Director of the National Art Museum, Honored Artist Vladimir Prokoptsov.
“You have dedicated your life to Belarusian art. Thanks to your talent, vigor and authority the National Art Museum has become a major cultural, scientific and educational center of our country widely known all over the world,” the message of greetings reads. “I am convinced that you will continue working with the same inspiration and selflessness making a significant contribution to the preservation and popularization of spiritual values of the Belarusian people,” the head of state noted.
