Dear compatriots,
I cordially congratulate you on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus.
The Fundamental Law which is one of the symbols of Belarusian statehood has become the foundation of the system of political, economic, social relations, determined the principles of the constitutional system, specified rights, liberties and obligations of citizens.
Relying on the norms of the Constitution, we are building our sovereign social legal state which ensures civil peace and stability.
Peace and security, education and heath of the nation, decent living standards and comfortable housing conditions are among our priorities. I am convinced that the unity and wisdom of the nation will help us fulfill all the tasks.
