Aleksandr Lukashenko extends condolences to Kenya president over terrorist attack victims

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended condolences to President of the Republic of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta, families and friends of the victims of the terrorist attack in the town of Garissa.
