Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to Fidel Castro Ruz, his family and friends over the passing of his elder brother Ramon Castro Ruz, an outstanding representative of the Cuban people and revolutionary who devoted his life to the selfless service to his country.
