Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates Vladimir Putin on winning Russian presidential election

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Vladimir Putin on winning presidential election in Russia.

"This convincing victory is a bright evidence that people highly appreciate your activities and eagerness to make Russia more powerful and respected in the international arena," the congratulatory message runs."

"I am convinced that huge experience in public activities will further contribute to the promotion of integration for the benefit of Belarus and Russia," the Belarusian President said.
