Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates Vladimir Putin on winning presidential election in Russia

During a phone talk on 6 March President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated Vladimir Putin, the newly re-elected President of the Russian Federation, on his convincing victory at the election that took place on 4 March.

During the phone talk the sides discussed further integration in bilateral and multilateral formats.

Aleksandr Lukashenko invited Vladimir Putin to come to Belarus on an official visit. In the near future the two presidents plan to hold a working meeting.
