Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon on his birthday.
“Belarus highly appreciates your personal contribution to the stronger friendship and cooperation between our countries,” reads the congratulation. “I sincerely hope that the spirit of trust and mutual understanding will remain the decisive factor in our relations and will encourage future expansion and enhancement of mutually beneficial cooperation for the benefit of the peoples of Belarus and Tajikistan”.
