Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates Sovetskaya Belorussiya newspaper on 85th anniversary

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated the personnel of the Sovetskaya Belorussiya newspaper on the 85th anniversary of the title.

"The history of the Sovetskaya Belorussiya newspaper is inseparably connected with the fate of our country and the development of the Belarusian journalism. Your newspaper is of special importance in the political and social life of the country. It dynamically develops and remains interesting for various generations," the congratulatory message reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that deep content and special authors' positions will remain a landmark of the newspaper, while collective labor of its personnel will make a big contribution to the development of the Belarusian state.

The President wished the authors and readers of the newspaper health, well-being, and new creative achievements.
