I cordially congratulate you on the 5th anniversary of enthronement.

Your life is an example of tireless care of people for the sake of promoting faith, Christian love and people for priests and believers. You do your best to improve the modern society, contribute to the education of the youth, consolidation of families, preservation of Orthodox traditions and values.

Thanks to your productive service as a leader of the Russian Orthodox Church who takes care of the spiritual and moral revival, triumph of genuine humanism, the relations between the State and the Church are increasingly vibrant.

The biggest religious denomination in Belarus – the Eastern Orthodox Church – is a binding element for our fraternal nations. The sources of this unity were shaped during a thousand-year history. I am convinced that under your wise leadership the authority of the Orthodox Church will be enhanced.

Your Holiness, I sincerely wish you health, longevity, unflagging energy, God’s help in your activities.
