Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates Patriarch Kirill on enthronement anniversary

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill on the occasion of on his enthronement anniversary.

“Thanks to your efforts and prayers the Orthodox Church makes a substantial contribution to cherishing ideals of mercy, justice and good, maintaining civil peace and accord, developing inter-confessional dialogue. People in Belarus appreciate and thank you for archpastor attention and support. I am confident that your knowledge, experience and wise word will further contribute to preserving spiritual unity of the fraternal nations,” the message of greetings reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Patriarch Kirill health and every success.
