Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates Ireland on St. Patrick's Day
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated President of Ireland Michael Higgins and his people on Saint Patrick's Day.
The Belarusian head of state expressed confidence that the two countries are keen to further develop interstate dialogue based on mutual respect and enhance Belarusian-Irish all-round cooperation.
