President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated Horacio Cartes on his election as President of the Republic of Paraguay. “Belarus would like to develop fruitful relations with Paraguay, make fuller use of the potential of the bilateral partnership in trade and economy and expand mutually beneficial cooperation within the framework of international organizations,” the message reads.
