Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates French president-elect Francois Hollande

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Francois Hollande on his victory in France’s presidential election.

“I am confident that a constructive dialogue and close relationship will promote full realization of the Belarusian-French cooperation potential and strengthening of all-round cooperation for the benefit of the two nations,” the message of congratulations says.
