Aleksandr Lukashenko approves draft protocols on amendments to the order of levying indirect taxes in the Customs Union
The President of the Republic of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, approved as a basis for further talks the draft protocols amending the protocol on the procedure of levying indirect taxes in works and services in the Customs Union and the protocol on the procedure of levying indirect taxes and their payment control mechanism in exports and imports of goods in the Customs Union dated by 11 December 2009. The President signed corresponding decrees on 6 May.
The Finance Ministry has been authorized to hold the negotiations on the draft protocols and sign them.
The decrees stipulate that the protocols will be applied provisionally from the date of signature until the entry into force.
