Belarus President’s special fund to spend over Br100,000 to support talented youth

    Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed an executive order to approve the decision made by the council of the Belarus President special fund to provide support to talented youth.

    For these purposes, over Br100,000 will be allocated from the national budget via the reserve fund.

    Two winners of international music competitions have been awarded the fund’s grand prizes and the title of its laureate. They are singers Amaliya Sukhan and Valeriya Bernatovich, who represented Belarus at the Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk vocal competitions.

    Special prizes have been awarded to 25 winners of international and national artistic contests, including the ensemble of the choreography department of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts under the direction of Svetlana Gutkovskaya, as well as the Honored Amateur Collective of the Republic of Belarus, the folk choreographic ensemble Suzorye.

    The head of state’s executive order is aimed at identifying and supporting talented youth and creating favorable conditions for the further development of their abilities.
