94 postgraduates awarded presidential scholarships in 2014
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko awarded presidential scholarships to 94 post-graduate students for their outstanding achievements in the field of research. Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a corresponding order on 29 January.
All the young scientists who will receive the presidential scholarships are working on their PhD papers. 23 postgraduate students demonstrated excellent academic skills, 10 are authors (co-authors) of monographs, and 26 have patens for inventions and useful models.
The scholarships will encourage the holders to keep up their research work and strive for even better results.
The press service noted that the awarding of scholarships attest to the constant support for talented youth on the part of the head of state.
