On trade in marked jewelry
Decree No. 393 of 29 October 2026
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decree No.393 “On trade in marked jewelry” on 29 October.
The document grants Belarusian commercial entities operating on the jewelry market the right to sell Belarusian-made jewelry remotely via the Internet provided the jewelry is marked with identification means.
The decree will allow jewelry manufacturers to expand their presence on the domestic market and improve the competitive ability of their products by attracting a broader range of consumers.
