On the implementation of the international treaty
Decree No. 141 of 28 April 2026
On 28 April Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 141 “On the implementation of the international treaty” to extend the existing mutual supply mechanism under the interstate agreement with the Republic of Cuba of 24 June 2014.
The decree preserves the terms under which Cuban pharmaceutical products are acquired in exchange for Belarus-made vehicles, agricultural machinery, medical devices, and other goods.
The document is aimed at maintaining an effective cooperation mechanism between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Cuba.
