On the state investment program for 2026
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed Decree No.460 to approve the state investment program for 2026.
As much as Br2,987.7 million has been appropriated for financing the projects included in the program in 2026.
The design and construction of 62 projects will proceed within the framework of the state investment program in addition to the financing of 11 measures and projects.
The program includes projects with a high degree of readiness, 21 of which are planned to be commissioned in 2026.
State capital investments and resources from the national development fund are allocated to social facilities, including healthcare facilities, education facilities, culture facilities, sport facilities, and rental housing, including for specialists with the positions and professions that enjoy the highest demand.
In 2026 the program’s funds (including municipal budget funds) will be used to build and reconstruct: a railway branch line for high-speed transportation to and from Minsk National Airport; the highways M10 (Gomel-Kobrin), M3 (Minsk-Vitebsk), P122 (Mogilev-Kostyukovichi); bridges across the Dnieper River (on the M10 Gomel-Kobrin highway), the Mukhavets River (on the P2 Stolbtsy-Kobrin highway) and across the Viliya River (on the P28 Minsk-Naroch highway); the oblast cancer center in Grodno, new buildings for the oblast hospital in Brest, and the republican applied science center for pediatric oncology in Borovlyany, a rehabilitation center in Aksakovshchina; the National History Museum of Belarus in Minsk and Republican Center for Patriotic Education of Youth in Brest Fortress.
In 2026 as much as Br177 million will be allocated within the framework of the program for the reclamation, preservation, and expansion of agricultural lands.
