On putting down names of the winners of the 2013 competition on the National Honors Board
On 27 June President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 299 “On putting down names of the winners of the 2013 competition on the National Honors Board”.
The decree determined 57 winners of the 2013 competition. Of them 45 objects were awarded for the attainment of good results in the social and economic development, 12 objects were awarded in recognition of splendid achievements in resource saving.
For hitting the targets of socio-economic development the decree awarded such regions, districts and cities as Gomel Oblast, Grodno Oblast, Minsk Oblast and the city of Minsk; Bereza District of Brest Oblast, Kalinkovichi District of Gomel Oblast, Novogrudok District of Grodno Oblast and Minsk District of Minsk Oblast; the city of Gomel, Pervomaisky District of the city of Minsk.
The best manufacturing organizations are Orsha-based plant Legmash, Drogichin-based plant Ekzon, Grodno Tobacco Factory Neman, Kozlov Minsk Electrotechnical Plant, Svetlogorsk Machine Building Plant, OAO Molochny Mir in Grodno, SZAO FIDMASH in Minsk, Alutech Gate Systems in Minsk District.
The best construction companies are Grodnopromstroy and Minsk-based construction enterprise No. 35.
The best forestry industry company is Mogilev state forestry association.
The following enterprises were awarded in the services sector:
trading facilities Slutsk department store, Gomel-based trade company Alesya;
communication companies Minsk and Grodno offices of Beltelecom Company;
transport organizations Gomel bus depot No. 1 and Grodnooblavtotrans;
educational institutions Mozyr specialized kindergarten No. 30 for visually impaired children, gymnasium No. 1 of Soligorsk, Shirma children’s music school No. 8 inMinsk and the PinskStateMedicalCollege;
hotel business, public catering and other facilities the Minsk Hotel, the Yubileyny Hotel Complex in Minsk, Lotos Association in Vitebsk, Rechitsa-based company Torgservice;
cultural, recreation and entertainment facilities the GomelPark and Palace Complex, the CulturePalace in Soligorsk;
healthcare organizations the Soligorsk central district hospital and the emergency hospital in Minsk;
scientific research organizations the national research center of children’s oncology, hematology and immunology, the sci-tech park of the Belarusian National Technical University, the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, the material engineering institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
The decree also determined winners of he resource saving competition.
The National Honors Board will be unveiled in the run-up to Belarus’ Independence Day.
The results of work of winners of the annual competition shall receive extensive coverage in the mass media.
