Hunting Tourism
Belarus boasts longstanding hunting traditions, great hunting grounds and diverse fauna.
All necessary conditions have been created in the country for hunting tourism. Belarus boasts a well-developed infrastructure of hunting farms.
Traditionally, Belarus’ shooting season for game birds and hoofed mammals falls for spring, summer and autumn, and that of fur animals takes place in autumn and winter. Hunting is permitted for 53 species of wild animals, including 22 mammal species and 31 bird species.
Belarusian hunting grounds occupy 16.7 million hectares. There are 203 hunting farms in the country.
