Working visit to Turkey

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko paid a working visit to Turkey on 2 October. In Istanbul, the Belarusian head of state met with Turkey Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and President Abdullah Gul.
The sides discussed the current state of affairs in bilateral relations, prospects of cooperation across the board, other topical issues on the bilateral agenda. Belarus-Turkey trade and economic cooperation was in the spotlight.
