Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko met with Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov in the Palace of Independence in Minsk on 22 November.
The heads of state had an informal conversation.
Behind closed doors, they discussed the forthcoming CSTO summit, as well as other aspects in the development of bilateral relations.
