Valery Vakulchik promoted to Major General of Justice

Chairman of the Investigation Committee of the Republic of Belarus Valery Vakulchik was promoted to the special rank of Major General of Justice. The relevant decree was signed by President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 5 January.
